「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in. If you appreciate cleanliness, pretty decor and are only staying 1-2 nights...

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」

「首先这家酒店的名字几经更换了，酒店位于二楼（欧洲地区叫作一楼），酒店前台要从一个大门进入上二楼才见得到。你到了可以给酒店打电话。尽管如此，进入酒店房间，我们就喜爱上了她，非常高的天花板和宽敞的空间，房间里还有鲜花，化妆间，酒店为了表示歉意（因为名字换了没有及时通知我），还给我们送来小吃和白葡萄酒。还有就是它的位置极佳，距离米兰大教堂步行最多十分钟，出酒店大门右转直走到底然后再左转直走就到了，购物也方便啊。。。太喜欢了！」

「The Unique Hotel is a boutique hotel in the Brera section of Milan. It is a small hotel with clean rooms, nice breakfast area, and good selection of breakfast foods, freshly prepared. The staff is warm and friendly, willing to help with any reservations, and acomodations. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is excellent, with nice shops and resteraunts located nearby. Easy walk to La Scala and Duomo. 」
