「The location is prefect, just 5 minutes to the Arena and shopping area. Arianna is a extremely accommodating to your every need. The room is extremely clean, nice room with everything you need. The breakfast is great. We will definitely book this place if we go to Verona next time.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. 「My wife and I had a great stay at Capuleti apartments. Iulia and Isabella were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is daily cleaning. The location is excellent. A window shade makes the room very dark. The bed was very comfortable (despite what another reviewer wrote). The rooms are in the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator.
