"Love this hotel. All staff are so friendly and welcoming and we were lucky to have an early check in which we really appreciated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bathroom has a powerful shower! Breakfast on the rooftop balcony has a good variety of all foods which can be served to you or you can choose at the buffet. Views from there are amazing overlooking the Zócalo. We loved the snack bar where there were drinks and snacks available free 24hrs a day! We will be returning!"

"Room is in great location. Only 2 minutes walk to Zocalo. Easy to Zocalo metro station and hop on and hop off Turibus station. Great customer service from the front desk staff and on duty manager. They are very friendly and hospitality to the hotel guests and they are very kind to assist you for all necessary inquiries. Very good breakfast and free Coffee service."

"The hotel was conveniently located within the historic district, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. I was satisfied with the amenities and service at the hotel. The room was adequate for what you pay for, certainly nothing fancy. My only complaint is that they lack a fan in the bathroom for ventilation."
