「This place is TERRIBLE! We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean. There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for...

「My two teens and I stayed for a Friday and Saturday before a Sunday flight. It was perfect. We didn't do any local sightseeing, mostly just had an indoorsy stay—we played cards for hours in the attractive atrium / lounge area, enjoyed the full buffet breakfast each morning, and did a movie marathon together. It was the perfect place to hibernate and be together.」

「When we first started walked into the room it had a terrible smell, it smelled like old and smoke. The tv didn’t work and all furniture were dirty and old. The curtains made you want to throw up, we asked for a change of room. The new room had a broken window that was taped, the couch was really dirty and the new room was just as terrible as the other one, only this time the tv actually worked. The property in general was the worse thing ever, I never imagined to find something so dirty and...
