「This was our 7th or 8th stay and, once again, we said that this villa is a gem and our favorite place to stay in Italy. Quiet yet convenient location. Both the garden and interior are gorgeous — historic yet comfortable/warm. Comfortable rooms/beds and huge and well-appointed bathrooms. 「Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...
