"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! "Todo ano vou a Poços de Caldas, não conhecia o Hotel Imperador ainda e me surpreendi muito, tanto pelo preço, que é extremamente justo, quanto pela localização, que sem dúvidas é a melhor que já estive em Poços. Espero voltar depois da reforma que estão fazendo! Até o café da manhã, que normalmente é mais fraco aí na cidade, me surpreendeu. Eles estavam servindo cápsula de café, e eu como amante de café achei muito boa a iniciativa! "
