「The room had a couple of chips on the floor and sofa but everything else appeared clean. The girl at the front desk did not seem happy to be there. She would not make eye contact, smile and mumbled. The room was very spacious and comfortable the location was perfect and the pool and decor was fabulous. Would stay there again 」

「Good location, Close to beach and restaurants. There were electric bikes around the corner. I was confused about parking as I thought it’d we inside the compound. I felt safe, I had no safety concerns. I would suggest fragrance as it smelt stale upon entry every time we entered, places to hang towels to dry. And window coverings or curtains in case someone wanted it for the bathroom area.
Overall I would definitely stay again! 」

「Had to change rooms a few times. When I reached what I thought was my final room, a man walked in our room. I called the front desk and the lack of care was alarming. I was staying w my 15yr old daughter and they basically didn’t care then told me if we wanted we could get a new key. After expressing we no longer felt safe they basically said they have no rooms and they can cancel my reservation. All while this was going on security came to my room, started opening my door and “testing the lock”...
