「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed here for the Hinder concert and had an absolutely amazing time! The pool area was a highlight of our trip—the swim-up bar was fantastic and made it feel like a true vacation. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. 「everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. 「The location was great! The staff was helpful and kind. The bathroom was out of shower gel when we arrived and it smelled of mildew. The pool was cloudy and one of the hot tubs was closed and had actual unsightly weeds growing out of it.」
