「Great staff kind cearing and helpfull. Always checking in to make sure we had evrything we need and to make sure we were enjoying our stay . Great rooms Very clean and very modern. bed was nice and big and comfortable. Tv was good had plenty of channels Will deffanantly stay here again when we are next in hastings . 「This hotel is gorgeous- the refurbishment is beautifully done and the room I had was really spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette and barhroom were user-friendly and super clean. I will say the parking can be a bit of an issue, particularly if you have bags to drop off and because of the location ( the middle of the CBD) the street and traffic noise is really loud. If you dont mind street noise though its the perfect innercity stay.」

「Room was very clean and spacious. The building is modern. The bar was not open (despite being advertised) and was advised it will be closed for another few months due to low customer volume. The bathroom sink design is very impractical. The tap is on the very edge of the bowl and water just goes everywhere. They should replace the taps immediately.
