「Place was really easy to find but the parking was incredibly tight in an suv. The place was really beautiful but we instantly were told about occasions when people used to enter the building and sleep in empty rooms before we even checked in, which was a bit odd and doesn’t help. The room itself had everything you need for one night. The lights were poor and mostly not working and the towels, if you didn’t bring your own, were all clean, but ripped and aged.」

「Lovely open apartment. Very clean and spacious, had everything you need. Good location with a shop 2 doors down and a couple of good quality take aways in the same row of buildings. Bus stop across the road so very accessible. 15 minute walk to trams and Salford quays. Would definitely go again. Well managed. When I arrived I discovered the kettle didn’t work. Left a voice note when I went out and there was a new one there when I got back! Excellent service」

「STAY WELL CLEAR! DIRTY, UNSAFE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The place smelt damp the minute you walk in the door, there were marks on the sheets, the towels weren’t clean. The water out of the tap was black. Even the bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling. The room looked like it hadn’t seen a Hoover since the 80’s. There was just grime in every corner. The blind didn’t open. When we went to the front desk they didn’t offer an alternative or even to move us rooms. They just said email for...

「We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the thoughtful service. As we were celebrating my partner's birthday, the hotel kindly surprised us at check-in with a birthday card and some chocolates, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We were also delighted to find that our room had been upgraded. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the cricket ground. Waking up to that view was a real treat. Breakfast was included, which added even...
