「Great please to stay」

「It looks good., but I got allergy in there. The manger changed room for me. The service is good.」

「We’ve stayed at many places in and around Paihia and this place was lovely. Superb views, clean, good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spa was great. It is elevated away from the foot traffic of Paihia which is a nice change. The dvd library was a welcome blast from the past. Modern, excellent views, captured the sun, warm and clean. Would stay here again. 」

「Comfortable room (ambience 'slightly dated/well used'), containing kitchenette and all the gadgets we wanted. The wooden upstairs walkway to our room seemed slightly shaky but in reality wasn't a problem. The location is excellent, at the heart of the town and close to the ferry pier.」

「Wonderful place to stay, with extra touches to make our stay special. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, with a balcony offering beautiful views over Bay of Islands. Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). 」

Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before.」
