Fantastic accommodations, had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortably. There is no air conditioner unit, so take that into account if you run hot - but you can leave the doors open and there are fans to create a beautiful breeze. Really good place to stay and no doubt will return.

The apartment was very comfortable, with absolutely everything you need for self catering, including milk and coffee/tea making facilities (and a tea pot!). The bed was comfortable. Absolutely stunning view on two sides. Would stay again, without hesitation.

Great value stay in a lovely location

A clean, comfortable stay in a great location in Paihia. Lovely sunrise views from the apartment and we enjoyed the hot tub. Our room was spacious and a good size with dual bathrooms for a family. Helpful front desk staff and tour collection was easy from the end of the driveway. Great value for the accommodation on offer. Would recommend.

The location is amazing, but there is no breakfast and there is no common area to visit with other guests at all and if you wanna walk to the beach, there’s no stairs or anything so you have to walk down the driveway so that’s kind of weird, but the view and the location is fantastic. It is very clean. No issues but the other thing is there is no air conditioning and you think that you don’t need it, but you do. They have fans but it got so hot in there even though the weather really wasn’t hot. Part of the reason for my rating is because it was advertised as having breakfast and did not and there was no one to even really answer questions about that. The property is currently up for sale, so maybe that has something to do with it.

We’ve stayed at many places in and around Paihia and this place was lovely. Superb views, clean, good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spa was great. It is elevated away from the foot traffic of Paihia which is a nice change. The dvd library was a welcome blast from the past. Modern, excellent views, captured the sun, warm and clean. Would stay here again.

Fantastic view from the balcony. Quite spacious & parking on site.It didn't have aircon which was a bit strange as it was the most northerly property we stayed in.

Great location

You really are paying for the amazing location here. Fantastic views and just across the road from the beach. The apartment itself was fine, a bit dated. My biggest disappointment was the size of the outdoor spa pool - it was a 2 person, which was a bit of a let down given it’s a 3 bedroom apartment. It’s a bit vague on the booking site, with lots of photos of the bigger spa (in the downstairs apartment)

This apartment had a fabulous shore and sea view with great facilities. It was comfortable in all ways with the use of a spa pool on the deck. There were laundry options and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's location was perfect for us being within walking distance of shopping, the wharf, a supermarket and restaurants. We enjoyed a great takeaway meal of fish and chips.

The view to die for. all day sun. The apartment layout. Massive outdoor area, with spa, outdoor furniture, BBQ. Kitchen well equipped.lots of power points. Easy walk into shops, restaurants, ferry. beach across the road. Comfortable beds and fans in each bedrooms. Dislikes, l lack of parking on site, only one car park for a 3 Bedroom apartment. But did let one car park in staff parking. Tight parking area. Only legal parking down the road. Lack of water pressure in showers. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
