A nice wee place to escape big city, it has everything you need, pool, BBQ and a hot tube. The Manager was amazing, giving you advice of what to see and what to do. Will definitely come back.

It is just a dated motel. Great for the family. But, we found it dated and not well maintained. However, great value if you are looking for basic with a family

The unit was spotlessly clean. The large bedroom was separate from the living area with plenty of room There is a pleasant view from the deck. The motel is away from the hustle and bustle of the area, making it a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay while travelling and on holiday.

The staff member was very welcoming and helpful. However this motel is very old and in need of maintenance and a general upgrade. But this was reflected in the price, as it was a lot cheaper than other motels in the area.

Staff are very helpful. Easy check in even on Christmas Day. Unit was clean but alas showing signs of its age and needing to be refurbished. Excellent value for money. Recommended as a place to stay in Paihia.

The manager was welcoming and caring. Anything that was not in our room that we needed, he responded quickly with the items. The balcony had a lovely outlook and the room was well ventilated having two entrances. It was quiet even though on a busy road. Building set well back from road. Would stay there again.

The rooms are spacious and they have full kitchen facilities. That was great. The staff were pretty nice too. They were fixing the water pipes so the water coming out of the tap had a lot of chlorine.

Served our needs. Its just around the corner from Paihia, and is quiet, clean, and has Sky TV. Theres a very small playground, and indoor games room. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. The entrance driveway is steep downhill off the main road, easy to maneuver. Car park is down at the base.

The location was perfect. The pool and views were stunning. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The unit is outdated and the beds were uncomfortable in particularly the sleeper couch. Carpets need to be removed as old and dirty. Kitchen was neat but oven was dirty.

Apartment one was literally a sauna. Has two bedrooms. Arrived when reception was closed but managed to get two fans the next morning for our three night stay. Even though we were there for three nights, you have to ask each day for extra toilet roll, tea bags, clean towels/tea towels (as necessary). Member of staff was lovely. Came to fix the hob as didn't work the first night (due to a cleaning error). The photos are deceiving. This property is very run down. The sofa had no padding, just sat on the wooden slats with material on top. A few improvements would make a huge difference such as curtains being hung properly. Tea towels which aren't covered in stains. The valance on the beds, new mattresses. Doesn't need to be fancy, just need basic clean facility. We also hired room 18 which was a studio which was cooler but still worn down. The games room is totally run down. Didn't spend any time in there. Was noisy the first nights stay and I had to ask people to keep the noise down (10.30pm), even though the staff live on site. Thanks but we won't be back.

The room was very spacious bed linen and towels very clean but other areas could be better.. it’s a shame all the gardens have been let go. As well as the place in general. Price was good for staying at a top location.
