Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. 「Fantastische locatie en op en top hospitality. Barbara gaf ons hele fijne tips voor eetadresjes en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het eten bij de Masseria is zo goed dat we daar een aantal keren gedineerd hebben. Heerlijk zwembad en zonnebedjes maakten het compleet. 」

「We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing. Palazzo Columbo is an annex, away from all the hotel’s facilities, which was not made clear on either Expedia or the hotel’s own website. I’m also not convinced we received the room category we booked. The room had a broken toilet seat, and given the annex has only four rooms, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee maker should be provided. 「Le propriétaire ne connaissait pas le code wifi. Mais comme on était seule dans ce lieu, on a trouvé facilement le code. Ils essayaient de parler anglais mais ils ont encore des progrès à faire. C'est une vieille villa du 19ème siècle, donc originale.」
