「Très bien, personnel très accueillant」

「When I arrived, I put my bags in the room and left for a walk. The villa is up a steep hill from the main town. I had a pleasant walk to some nearby viewpoints. On my return the room smelt of damp and mould, on closer inspection there was mould in multiple places and when I switched on the aircon it was worse. I contacted them to ask for an alternative room as it was heading toward 6pm. They offered me one but there was also a slight damp smell in that room so I decided to book another hotel...

「The service was amazing here! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is beautiful - a very quiet and peaceful spot. I would love to stay here again!」

「We loved our stay at Patal Kikian. Everyone on the staff but especially Eva and Candra were so helpful. And the views were amazing」

「Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the...

「Very kind and helpful staff. Nice and clean room」

「We stayed in the one bedroom villa with private pool and rice field view, which was amazing. Our room had rice fields all around it, and we could enjoy the sunset over the fields. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We couldn’t fault them. The included breakfast tasted wonderful, with plenty of options. We also ate and drank and the restaurant and was some of the best food we had in Ubud. Our pool was a great size, and lovely to be able to sit outside and cool down in our own...

「Hôtel charmant. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Personnel serviable et adorable. La seule chose à améliorer est l'odeur dans la salle de bain.」

「Great breakfast great staff fantastic location a nice quiet Island that offers anything you might want I will be returning!!!! There are so many choices on the island I was lucky enough to choose this location centrally located to anything you might want.」

「The staff were really nice. They serve breakfast from 7.30am. However, we needed to leave at 7am as we booked a morning diving course. They were willing to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us at 7am which is earlier than the official hours.」

「It was clean, quite and small. It didn't have all the 5 star luxuries, but it was a retreat, I very much enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. 」

「Bra hotell att ta det lugn. De hjälper med aktiviteter och transport.」

「Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food.」

「Good price and very nice staff.」

「Nice place, rooms a bit small but still good. Staff was very kind. Wish they had better plugs for charging devices, had to use our kids room next door as ours didn’t have a working one, not a big deal however.」

「Very nice facilities, helpful staff」

「Highly recommend Freddie’s!!」

「The place was disappointing — we ended up leaving a night early. The staff could also benefit from better training.」
