Overall ok, we stayed 4 nights. Small room with window looking out to the hotel next door literally. Sheets and pillow cases dirty stained and bathroom vent has not been cleaned for ages. We were tired and just wanted to rest so we covered the sheets/pillows with our own and my husband removed the overgrowing lint from bathroom vent. Also, the light by the beds were covered with dust and we used their towels to cover up. One last thing the tv didn’t work as well and the receptionist tried helping with no luck.

Pleased with our 4 night stay here. The rooms have been upgraded and are clean and well appointed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We loved the town and the area around the hotel has food and shops within walking distance. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rockaway in Pacifica. Parking was easy to find, which immediately made arriving stress-free. The location is one of its biggest highlights—right by the water, with beautiful coastal views and the relaxing vibe of a quiet beach town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room itself was comfortable, and the beds were cozy enough that I slept really well. I also appreciated the white noise machine they provided. It was a thoughtful and unexpected touch that added to the overall comfort. Although the hallway felt a little dated, it wasn’t a major drawback and didn’t take away from the quality of the stay. The room and the rest of the property felt clean, calm, and well-maintained. Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for a peaceful coastal getaway with friendly service, convenient parking, comfortable rooms, and a hard-to-beat waterfront location. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

You cannot call this "ocean view" when really, it is more like a partial ocean view. We had to change to another room, and still were not happy overall with the stay. You charge way too high for a so-called ocean view room. The heating unit was leaking heavily, creating a big puddle on the floor and so presumably, that is why your floorboard was sagging, leading to a potential safety hazard. Your toilet took forever to fill the tank, which was quite inconvenient. We are glad we stayed only for one night. The only things nice about this hotel were the parking space and the reception staff. Both ladies we interacted with were kind, patient, and professional. Decent parking space. Not coming back.

Ocean view, parked our car on Sunday and didn’t get in it again till we checked out on Tuesday. We picked two great day sunny and clear. Beautiful sunsets.

Staff helpful. Older property but clean and easy access to stunning ocean views. Private parking for guests as well was nice. Restaurants are only a few feet away and food was good, but a little pricy. I had Sea Scallops at Nick's and they were amazing! I had the Rosemary Chicken at dinner and it was just ok. Seafood there is definitely a better choice.

The staff. Very. Nice , room was big. And. Beautiful view. Of the ocean. Walking distance to nick restaurant. The. Problem was the smell. When we came. In the room. It smelled real bad. Like it has not bee open. In a while. And the sheet. Smelled so bad. I had. To put one of. My shirt. On the pillow. Also one of the sheet had something werid. On it. We called down stairs and then.Brought new ones. And. Said sorry. For. It. Like I said the staff. was. So sweet. If. They. Just air out the room or put in plug I. For. Smelll. And. Fix. The smell I. The sheet. It a great place.

Staff was courteous and helpful and provided us with what we asked. Only thing was that all of the 3 coffee packages holding the napkins, stir stick etc were all open. Had to go to the office to get replacement. Aside from that it was all good.

Praktische, saubere Zimmer. Sieht von aussen ungepflegt aus, ist aber der Lage direkt an der Küste und dem aggressiven Salzwasser geschuldet. Gute Lage zum SFO.
