"Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and regularly being topped up. Parking onsite was easy and safe, which was great for San Francisco."

"Ramon (FRONT DESK) Staff gave me a lower grade room because he said ALOUD that the entire lobby area could hear that and I quote “because you brought your room on a THIRD PARTY WEBSITE “I can give you a high floor room, only something on 4th floor“- this was unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. As a Travel Agent and Boyant member and have spent hundreds of dollars on Marriott hotel brands and have never been disappointed with the way he presented himself and the Marriott brand."
