「I had several issues during my stay. I had requested towels they never came. Also, the light in the patio, the light in bathroom, the tv in the bedroom was broken and did not work. Lastly, they only had one elevator working which caused long wait times going down to the lobby or up to my room. Beyond frustrating! I did request to get a call from the manager and that also never happened.」
