"I like that I can hear the ocean from my room and its really relaxing when you're trying to get some nice sleep. The pool area is a great spot to relax. It's near restaurants and it sits in Ali drive. Its a good home base at Kona."

"Stay was not too bad. Had a issue with the A/C in the room day one but the staff was able to take care of us right away and moved us to a new room. The only issue we seen was the elevator situation. Since you have to punch in your floor with the key; it took us one time ofter 10 mins to get off our floor. Overall good hotel."

"Obviously you’re paying for a lot of this, but amazing staff, incredibly responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property. But it is the people that make this property, the amenities are secondary to them. They are quick with suggestions, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Never staying anywhere else."
