"Was a big room can fit a village in there,but was no tap to fill kettle and to drink out off the only tap was in the bathroom.
Staff was very friendly i think other amenities like pool wasnt useable i have got kids they love the pool,pool should be take out of the picture that false advertising.
We enjoy our one night there view to the river was nice.overall was good just few thing that see should be there.

"I totally enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lami — this was my third time staying here and I really loved it. I will definitely be staying here again. The staff, including the security guard, were all very friendly, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I also absolutely loved the view from the room.
The bathroom was a little leaky at times, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. Other than that, the room was very clean and well maintained, and room service was good and efficient."
