「I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and the room was gorgeous! I had a large tub and shower and lots of room. It was close enough to walk to the main attractions of Antigua Guatemala. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「The location of the property is extremely convenient, the staff are very nice and held luggage before Checkin and after check out. The WiFi in the room would disconnect off the laptop but the WiFi in the restaurant was more stable. Restaurant is so delicious, beautiful, and peaceful. 」
