「It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding.」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「This was our second time staying there. Location is wonderful. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. And the price was unmatched. Make sure to bring plates, utensils and cups.」

「We had children and they had a slide but you had to be 8 or older to use. Our 21/2 year old is a slide fan and threw a fit everytime we went by it. It would be nice to have something for the smaller children. The pool was not opened either which stunk! They should let you know when booking if the pool will be closed. One of the reasons we booked is for the pool! We won’t be repeat customers. The chip for a free drink was nice but you are limited to what you can order.」

「First of all, I booked this hotel of the their good reviews about cleanliness, and it didnt disappoint. The lobby, the room, the bathroom, the hallway carpet are clean and doesnt smell musty or old. The breakfast was good. They have 3 waffle makers which saves you from waiting in line. I love the location which is more family friendly. Its not noisy and over crowded. They have a laundry room which is very helpful if your are staying longer. We will be back for sure in this property.」

「The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.」

「Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro.」
