「My family of four stayed for seven days, six nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We loved the private pool and the kitchen appliances that enabled us to prepare our own meals.」

「A equipe CasaGo é sensacional e mantiveram contato todo o tempo. O apartamento é excelente, com cozinha completa, quartos com boas camas, banheiro com itens básicos. O prédio é excelente, com piscina e bar. Os pequenos problemas que tivemos foram prontamente resolvidos e a estadia foi espetacular. Certamente recomendamos e voltaremos!」

「Very clean 👍」

「Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! 」

「The condo was large and well equipped. Very clean and the owners were lovely and helpful. The neighbour hood was good, 8 min walk to the beach, 5 min to the grocery store.」

「Property communications excellent, easy to get property details, property can improve by providing paper towels, trash bags and additional toilet paper. Bathroom floor a little slippery…maybe a shower mat will be helpful. 」

「This place was superb! Modern, comfortable and functional in a great neighborhood away from Quinta Avenida ( only a ten minute walk). I loved it so much I extended my trip for an extra week! Great communication with the property owners and a delightful housekeeper, Edith. This place is a gem!」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
