"Parking was good until I could know longer park in handicap and I have a handicap daughter n there were ppl not handicapped parked in them and would not help us and n make them move or fine them so no parking was available. Accessibility was horrible and our bathroom door was broken. Beds very uncomfortable"

"The bed was making too much noise like the mattress was too old. There was one little soap and no shampoo or conditioner as well as no lotion. I asked for coffee and the young girl said that she had to ask the manager to give me one additional pack. Not even coffee ready for drinking in the morning was available. I told her to forget it. There were hardly any options on TV, so I preferred not to watch anything."

"This was brand new build, so it was very clean and nice. It was only the 2nd week they were open, so it was fairly quiet as well (which was nice for us adults :D) Positives: Beautiful setting Fun fantasy vibes Clean Nice restaurant and cafe onsite Gorgeous pools Negatives: Only 1 parking spot per room (I don't understand this as people come from different areas so I hope this is something they look into, especially when there was plenty of parking) Speaking of parking, it was a very weird way to get into the parking lot which could be confusing for some Some of the games/ticketing didn't work which was disappointing and hope they get fixed Swim up bar is not really separate from swimming area (and I feel like they made it seem that way) Overall, the staff working were very nice and helpful. There were somethings that didn't work or some staff seemed unsure of what they needed to do but always were courteous. I think this would be a great place if you have younger kids as there is not waterpark area but nice pools to just swim and relax. Food was good and drinks were good and overall, reasonably priced for the Dells."

"Everything about our stay was good. We had the 3 queen bed room which was great! Beds were clean and comfortable, view of river was nice. Would have liked it if the restaurant was open during the week days of our stay but understand it was not prime season yet and price of room was super reasonable! Room included free tickets for Timbavati which was awesome too. Overall I would stay there again."

That old-school motel key tag makes it even better. Retro Wisconsin Dells vibes all the way ❤️"
