We stayed at this hotel for one night and while the staff were friendly and accommodating, our experience with the room left a lot to be desired. When we arrived early just hoping to plug in our electric cooler for the day, the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.
At first glance, the room seemed fine. But when we returned later that evening, we noticed several issues. There were flies in the room, and although we got rid of them, more kept appearing. The bathtub had a large brown stain where an anti-slip mat had clearly been in place for a long time. The room lacked basic items like tissues, soap, and even a soap dish. The fridge was plugged in but not functioning. We also found a large clipped toenail in the middle of the floor, which was very off-putting, and some of the electrical outlets (particularly those not between the beds) weren't working.
We raised these concerns with the front desk, and the receptionist was very responsive. She brought us tissues and soap, and came up to check the AC. When she couldn’t fix it, she offered to move us to a room next door. However, it was already 11 p.m., we were exhausted, and we’d just finished unpacking, so we decided to stay. Unfortunately, when we got into bed, I discovered a large brown stain on the comforter, which was disappointing.
