"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."

"The room was not very clean - hair on the towels, matches on the dresser. The tops of all surfaces were not clean. "

"Very professional staff. Very quick response regarding requests for the room. Absolutely will stay again. Parking was interesting as the ramp was under construction and very easy to drive in circles. Parking areas were not very well marked as to which direction to go for a specific level or exit."

"There was no airport shuttle, because of bad weather we arrived next day and Expedia canceled my hotel room this was the worst experience ever The staff is not the problem "

"Front desk staff was amazingly helpful. My cousin kept flipping during the night and waking me up. I was able to go to the front desk and they gave me an extra comforter, and I was able to get some Advil p.m. The room was large and loved the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was great. I couldn’t believe they had omelettes. Would definitely stay there again. It was less than 2 miles from my mom’s house. We were able to walk there in 30 minutes. "
