「Our flight got delayed and my daughter was alone at the hotel. Siham at the front desk helped her with the information she needed. Also she guided us with the area and also was ready to refund us for the days we did not stay. The welcome was really nice and the rooms were kept in good shape. 「We had the best time at the Palais Moulais Said Spa - our favourite stay across our trip. Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. We are very grateful for the hospitality, the ideal location of the spa, and the overall comfort. This is definitely where we would book to stay again should we return to Marrakech. 」

「We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the security team at the gate, to reception, waiters, chefs and bar staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.
A special mention to Mia from the entertainment team, who was brilliant at bingo on our last night and kept everyone laughing and engaged. such a great way to end the holiday. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily return.」
