The girl at reception could have simply came down and opened the door, but instead I was trying to have an online conversation as to how to gain entry, and at the same time trying to translate some text by the door to try and figure out how to get in. I was outside in the rain for nearly half an hour. Very poor communication and information if you don’t speak Spanish. "

"The staff was very good and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location for visiting old town and 20 minute walk along the river to Guggenheim. The room is not very comfortable and the bathroom is incredibly small and difficult hard to have your personal toiletries out, the coffee machine is in very small space and not easy to fill tank. It is an industrial style hotel but rooms could be more user friendly."
