"This hotel was well located for the Great Ocean Road. The hot spring soak was great. Dinner at Tides was amazing. Wonderful food and great service. The room itself was comfortable enough but very dark. Some lights were out. It was very loud. People were carrying on at the hotel driveway and smoking and all that reached our room directly above the driveway on the 1st floor. Would have expected better coffee for the price of the room. "

"Room clean and fairly comfortable, but dated and showing wear & tear, especially the bath. Bring a sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper - the wooden louvre shutters let in a LOT of light from the grounds and the main street, so it’s hard to sleep. Staff were great, and looked after us well when the Chromecast system failed (gave us a much appreciated complementary breakfast voucher). Good location, and we really appreciated having a lift to the room and no stairs. "

"We have stayed at The Richmond Henty Hotel a few times now. We always book an upstairs room overlooking the beautiful bay. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very polite and helpful. Will be back again in the future."
