「Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money. Great location if attending events in Cleethorpes.」

The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. 「The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.」

「Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again」
