「The rooms were clean and I liked the variety of breakfast that was offered.」

「Our rooms were very clean and surprisingly quiet! We were right close to the elevator…Very comfortable king beds! We were very surprised , not knowing anything about Lockhart Texas! Only there over night but it was a great stay!」

「Other than the sheets being clean, the rest of the room was filthy. Dead cockroaches in the room, window sill was covered in dead bugs. The bed itself was as cheap as possible and not comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower spigot actually came off the wall as it was only being held on by caulking, and not very well obviously. The wall unit AC had a weird smell coming from it when I turned it on and when I removed the cover to check the filter it clearly had never been cleaned or replaced and...

「All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.」

Heard a guy come in the lobby and ask new linens for the bed because there was URINE on his!!!! The manager acted as though the man wad making it up!! There weren’t even phones in the rooms to call the front desk or 911 if the cockroaches overtook us!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place!!!!」
