"Bathroom AC didn’t work and they were pretty dirty inside. Outlet on our front porch didn’t work. Beds were good and inside the tent was nice. Property is nice and well-kept. "

"Other than the mouse we found in our glamping tent that left droppings in our beds and all over the counters, we had a fun stay. The river is beautiful and nice to stand in. Community bathrooms and showers (cold water only) are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Won’t be going back because of the mouse issue but don’t let our isolated experience keep you away from this river ranch."

Louis was very helpful with all communications and we were even given the option to check in early if we needed. House itself was in great condition and it was perfect for our group of 8.
