「Definitely can tell this is a new property. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The location is ideal for events at the Canadian Tire Center and the hotel even works with a local company to offer a shuttle to and from the venue. Definitely recommend! 」

「We had an issue with our room door when we checked in- door was not locking. Front desk clerk handled the situation very professionally. Switched us to another room within minutes and came upstairs to ensure everything was perfect. Super friendly and respectful. Room was large and clean. We chose the top floor so that we would not hear walking above us. Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was free so I cant really complain, but that was the only area where i saw a downfall.
