Very clean room, staffs are very accommodating to help you, the kitchen to have your breakfast to prepare your food have a lot of space and the location is right downtown. Very good location.

Chambre et mobilier rudimentaire et abîmé mais propre. Petit déjeuné bien. Stationnement juste à côté payant. Bon emplacement pour se promener à pied dans les alentours (bon restaurants et belles boutiques tout près )

A lovely, convenient place to stay in Ottawa! The staff was super kind and helpful, providing additional bedding when requested and holding our luggage so we could explore the city. Will be returning!

As a solo traveler, this was the ideal place to stay. I was able to walk to the Parliament Hill, the Museum of Nature and the Museum of History. It's in a central location. Many restaurants nereby. Great value. I'd stay there again in a second.

If you’re looking for the basics, this is your place. Great staff, outstanding location. Enough little things here and there (elevator very slow, esp in AM, issues with water draining from tub, very rare servicing of room) for it to not be a five star review, but EASILY five stars for the cost. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and the building was nice but the bed was horrible. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed in. We had to cut our trip a night short because we were in pain from sleeping on the bed. It’s a shame the bed was so bad because the staff was very nice and the location was great but the bed really ruined the trip.

The room was clean. The hotel was super noisy, paper thin walls. The door to the hotel was constantly locked so we had to wait for staff to buzz us in which was annoying. The room itself was sparse which was fine but the mattresses were awful, very hard and very noisy. Price was reasonable though given that it was a long weekend.

Staff was super friendly. Check in and out was fast and friendly. Access to the entrance/lobby requires them to buzz you in, instead of your room key. Was an issue for us returning to the room after spending a night out. The rooms are very sparse. But we lucked out with what floor we were on. And the direction we were facing for a great view of down Ottawa. For the price we paid. I would do it again.

Très fortement déçu par cet Hotel. En rentrant dans la chambre, j'ai trouvé des taches de moisissures sur le mur de la salle de bain avec de l'urine par terre. Et pour finir le robinet ne marchait pas. Nous avons eu au final une autre chambre ( personnel aimable) mais dans celle-si la TV ne marchait pas. La salle du petit déjeuné était beaucoup trop petite pour le nombre de personnes. Un conseil, passez votre tour.
