A very enjoyable experience with the onsens and catering. The staffs are warm and professional. Highly recommending this hotel to anyone who are visiting around the Biwako area, and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Excellent guest services, all the hotel staff try their best to make guests felt welcome. Food is really good, both in quality and presentation. Onsen are pretty good, with couple of different indoor and outdoor variety. A minor downside is the limited public space within the hotel compound to walk around (after all the sumptuous meals !)

Nice stay
staff are nice and very helpful. hot spring is in good hygiene. Meals are good. Which can let residents to have a chance to taste Japanese food. in high standard and good service. Easy to communicate in English and warmed heart in service.

Excellent ryokan and fantastic meal
An excellent Japanese ryokan which provided variety of open air hot spring. Dinner is extremely delicious and value for money. Don’t miss out the A5 beef dinner which is fantastic. The staff of the restaurant where we had dinner in the ryokan treated us like guest. My 2 boys especially enjoyed the time there when the waitress Yuika served us. She is wonderful! A memorable stay and we look forward to staying in this ryokan again.

外觀環境給人一種殘舊印象 但是踏入門內開始了整個超優質的享受 大廳 check in 、專人簡介、溫泉、晚餐懷石宴席、日式早餐....都是讓人驚呼連連 這是趟令人驚艷的享受！ 接駁專車接送服務超乎預期 想給予滿滿的分數 有機會一定要去！

溫泉真的無話可說，太舒服了！ 餐點的部分，個人口味偏好覺得不錯！ 房間很舒適！打開窗戶就能看見外面的風景！ 記得做到雄琴溫泉站，下站之後有免費的電話可以打，他們會來接你！很方便喔！ 建議大家去住一晚吧！很棒的！

Beautiful onsens, great staffs and nice hotel!
I'm glad I picked this hotel for my family, it's not too far away from the Biwako Valley which I planned to visit and the onsens in this hotel were good! There are 5 (or 6) onsens and I tried all of them during my two nights stay. Staffs are professional and friendly, the check in was fast and you feel that you are being taking care of. Breakfast and the beef dinner were Japanese style and were very beautifully displayed. I didn't drive but they provide shuttle bus to two nearby train station in the morning for check out guest. I love this hotel!

住的是最高層房間，附獨立露天溫泉。雖然酒店附近都有高樓大廈，但都近湖邊有湖景，浸住溫泉睇潮景，日與夜都有不同風味。服務人員十分親切有禮，體驗十分享受。

酒店有幾個樓層都是溫泉區，但是每一個溫泉區不是很大，有點失望， 2樓為大浴場，比較殘舊，建議維修或翻新。另外，今日check out 的時候，要求遲check out 一個鐘，他們要格外收費，完全沒有彈性相比其他酒店。
