Service a améliorer. Le portier de nuit dors on doit le réveiller pour rentrer dans l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas forcément évident. En revanche, la chambre était rénovée. Très belle.

Ótima localização, bem na entrada da área pedonal do centrinho de Otranto! Tem estacionamento conveniado, tem café da manhã e o quarto era limpo, com ar-condicionado e frigobar; senti falta de chaleira elétrica/cafeteira. Secador de cabelo muito ruim…, mas acho que devem estar melhorando isso, pq minha mãe ficou num quarto mais moderno com um secador melhor!

Hotel muitíssimo bem localizado e com estacionamento pago perto do hotel. O hotel no geral é simples mas tudo funciona bem, desde o atendimento dos funcionários, o ótimo tamanho do quarto, ótimo café da manhã com uma vista excelente da praia de Otranto. Merece destaque a educação, gentileza e extrema cordialidade da Simira, que atende no café da manhã e da Enzza que atende na recepção e nos deu valiosas informações da cidade. Obrigado a todos pelo ótimos dias em Otranto.

Localização é ótima. Nao gostei das camas, colchão ruim e a 3° cama q falava q era de solteiro, na verdade era um sofá cama, péssimo. Chuveiro horroroso, não sai quase nada de água.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado, quarto muito amplo e limpo, café da manhã excelente, localizado no rooftop com uma vista incrível. Recepção gentil, deixou fazermos checkin antes do horário. Estacionamento a 200m por 5 euros. Foi uma ótima estadia. A cidade de Otranto é linda!!!

Hôtel Otranto. Voyage 8 nuits dans les Pouilles

Chambre 107, chambre assez vielle de style, donne sur la rue, isolation phonique inexistante, mais visiblement nous sommes les seuls à s en plaindre...Je pense que vous devriez "Hôtels.com" visiter les biens que vous louez, et connaître les chambres que l'hôtel met à disposition, et signaler si elles sont refaitent ou pas car sur les photos tout est nickel... La réalité diffère. Ça me fait 2 nuits coup sur coup ou je ne suis pas ravi de payer plus de 120€ la nuit pour des chambres pas terribles. Pour le petit déjeuner tout est nickel, belle vue et petit déjeuner copieux.
