Relax e pace

Il resort è molto bello con una piscina favolosa ed una spiaggia stupenda. Le camere andrebbero pulite meglio e necessitano di qualche ammodernamento, camere zona giardino troppo umide e buie. Ottimo cibo e colazione, anche qui qualche piccola miglioria sarebbe necessaria visto che si tratta di un resort 4 stelle. Spiaggia dall accesso non agevole ma ben gestita e con mare fantastico.

Ottimo resort, posto silenzioso, personale educato e efficiente, buona la spiaggia privata eccezionale l'impegno e la cortesia di Amadu il bagnino. Comodo il servizio di navetta per la spiaggia. Ottimo il cibo sia a colazione che a cena che per i panini del pranzo. Unico aspetto migliorabile la pulizia della stanza e gli asciugamani andrebbero cambiati più spesso. Lo consiglio anche in alta stagione.

Siamo stati la settimana di ferragosto, ottima location per rilassarsi e staccare la spina. I clienti sono coccolati. Ottimi i sette ristoranti e colazione abbondante. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Spero di ritornarci.

Albergo discreto, in molti aspetti migliorabile.

Resort confortevole, ma in molti aspetti migliorabile. L'accesso alla spiaggia privata, piccola ma confortevole gestita dal simpatico ed efficiente Amadou, viene garantito con un furgone dell'albergo ad orari prestabiliti, puntuale, ma piuttosto sporco e datato. La cucina a mio parere è troppo pesante ed elaborata e non adatta al clima estivo. Le camere abbastanza spaziose, ma mal illuminate e non sempre pulite a dovere. Il bagno, anche se grande, troppo poco illuminato ed assenza di set di cortesia adeguato ad un quattro stelle. Personale gentile e disponibile. La piscina curata ed in ambiente molto piacevole con lettini molto comodi all'ombra delle palme. Assenza totale di intrattenimento diurno e serale, ad eccetto di un film proiettato ogni sera, fatto, tuttavia, da me apprezzato. L'atmosfera soft e rilassata potrebbe essere, a mio parere, comunque preservata prevedendo qualche tipo di attività discreta (yoga, corsi di ginnastica, danza, corsi di cucina locale). Consiglio alla proprietà di dedicare il prossimo inverno all'ammodernamento della struttura che potenzialmente presenta caratteristiche ottime.

Cucina servita al tavolo di qualità. 7 ristoranti da scegliere di sera in sera. Materia prima sempre fresca. Location ristoranti sempre diverse. Navetta per spiaggia privata molto comoda. Vicino alla bellissima Otranto.

Vacanza Relax ad Otranto

Vacanza di coppia rilassante in ambienti orientaleggianti, resa ancora più interessante dalla formula "itinerante" della cena (locations e menù differenti ogni sera). Pur presentando caratteristiche più proprie per vacanze di relax e atmosfera, la struttura è molto gettonata da famiglie con bambini di ogni età, ovviamente con esigenze diverse dalle nostre ma, nel complesso tutto è andato secondo le aspettative.

Vacanza di relax

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura la prima settimana di Luglio e devo confermare a pieni voti i giudizi positivi delle recenzioni visualizzate prima di partire. La struttura è molto bella e particolare: arredamenti arabeschi come l'atmosfera che si percepisce. Ambiente molto rilassante, personale molto gentile e cordiale, sempre sorridente e molto attento a qualsiasi richiesta dei clienti. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con supplemento Gold che ci garantiva i teli mare tutti i giorni, riordino della camera 2 volte a giorno e lettini con ombrellone in prima fila sulla spiaggia. Comunque anche senza il supplemento abbiamo constatato che il servizio era comunque eccellente. Un accenno particolare: alla colazione, piena di dolci fatti in casa troppo buoni e naturali; alle cene offerte in 6 piccoli ristoranti con menu diversi per un tour gastronomico del salento veramente eccezionale. Un grande ringraziamento a tutti: le cameriere ai piani, i ragazzi che servivano ai tavoli, l'addetto alla spiaggia, i responsabili e in particolare a Francesco della reception, sempre molto disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Per chiudere: ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE 10 e lode Grazie, Grazie ancora

Albergo bellissimo e direttore eccezionale

Bellissimo posto personale educato e disponibile. Ristoranti eccezionali. Spiaggia a circa 2 km dall"albergo raggiungibile con navetta. Grande personaggio colui che gestisce la spiaggia. Posto consigliatissimo!!
