「我們這次總共在這家旅館住了五天!! 櫃檯人員非常的親切有禮，交通位志良好。但就我而言飯店最主要的用途是提供短暫舒適的休息~所以我給它的總體分數並不高! 房間清掃就只有將床單鋪好垃圾清掉，地板完全沒吸(因為我看到我們離開前的小垃圾還在地上)。房間如果不開窗戶的話很悶，開窗又很吵!!!很淺眠的人時在不建議住這裡!!! 另外，這間客房的安全性也有待加強! 因為每次客人出旅館時，要將感應卡放在櫃台，而回來時並沒有確認房客的身分就直接將我們所述房號的鑰匙交給我們(晚上給我們房卡的服務員一次也沒見過我們)!!! 所以與其花這些錢來住這裡，不如在網路上多蒐尋便宜又舒適的hostel~」

「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is...

I did the check-in the next morning and the receptionist was very professional and kind, smiling at all times, by far the best customer service ever. 「We stayed in the Picasso apartment for 9 days in mid-February. The experience was wonderful. The apartment had accommodations that made a longer stay very pleasant including cookware and dishes/cutlery. The Nespresso in the room made lovely coffees and we enjoyed them daily. Prior reviews indicated there had been occasional noise concerns but we never experienced that. The staff were very kind and responsive when we had questions. The Picasso room is up one flight of stairs so moving luggage up...
