Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier der Herr, der die Gästebetreuung rechts von der Rezeption betreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Cocktail in der Hotelbar in der 11. Etage als Abschluss des Tages mit schöner Aussicht und tollem Service ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.」

「旅館就在車站旁邊，一下車只要走三分鐘就能抵達。房間舒適，但是沒有熱水壺，只能去跟櫃台要熱水，有點不方便。員工很親切，多次要水也沒有露出不耐煩的表情。附近有超市 藥妝店 以及各式餐廳，特別推薦旅館旁邊的土耳其餐廳，非常好吃，經濟實惠，服務品質也很好，強烈推薦」

「Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. 」
