Really nice boutique hotel walking distance from the train/metro station, really convenient to move around Osaka. We visited Universal Studios and took the train to it from the hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the bathroom sink’s drainage that was too slow. Japanese’s breakfast offered at the hotel was really good too.

Lovely hotel
The room was stylish and tidy with a lovely bathroom. All the staff we encountered are friendly. The area was cozy and easy walk around without crowded by tourists. a lot of coffee shops, ceramic shops, museums nearby.

Super nice!!!!!
The location is very close to umeda station, and the area is nice to go fora walk river side. You can find many nice cafe and restaurants. The room and the interior is artistic and you can see many pieces of art. The room is super clean and amenities are martin margiela.

Stylish gem in a convenient location. We loved the design and laidback nature of the hotel. All staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative. Our room was the perfect size for 2 people despite looking a lot smaller in the pictures online. We also had everything we needed (free microwave and laundry) and more (Bluetooth speaker shower!). There’s no doubt we will return to The Boly next time we’re in Osaka. 5 stars.

特別な空間です
宿泊者限定で、屋上にてアルコールをいただけるのが何とも特別で楽しめました。バルコニーもあり閉塞感がないのが気に入りました。地下鉄の音は激しく聞こえますが、電車に揺られているような心地良さに感じました。

他のホテルにはないオシャレでムーディな空間。 ホテルというより、理想の別宅にきたような感覚。無駄を省きながらも、こだわるところはすごくこだわっています。過度なおもてなしではなく、セルフサービスな部分も含めて、どう過ごすか？を自分で楽しめました。 また泊まりたいなと思います！

気持ちの良い滞在でした。

川沿いのお部屋を案内いただけました。広くて天井も高くてゆっくり過ごせました。部屋から対岸の図書館が望めますし、インテリアもおしゃれ、朝ごはんをとるカフェもとても凝った味付けでよかったです。ただ、地下を走る電車の音が響くのだけが難点です。私は寝付きが良いので大丈夫でしたが、音に神経質な方には向かないかもしれません。ホテル側も耳栓を置くなど配慮はしてくれています。周辺はビジネスガイドで静かな立地です。中の島は個人的に好きなエリアなので、また大阪に来た際は泊まると思います。

與日本多家比較，此家服務不細
優點： 風景好 ！交通便利。 缺點： 在地鉄上，房間會震動，再意睡眠品質在意請勿考慮。 當天在冰箱有留未開包裝食物 提前退房有寄行李在6F櫃台 回來領行李時，詢問櫃台小姐 小姐在服務上沒有問打掃也沒去房間看 直接回應無保管遺留在房內的東西 會直接丟掉 覺得服務不細心 明知客人會再回來 與其它飯店比較起來這點不週到 從沒寫過飯店缺點 対這方面在意 不會再訂這家 以上屬個人經驗 但前一天櫃台男士服務很好 謝謝

ありません。到着もチェックアウトの後も荷物を預かって下さったり、どのスタッフの方もとても親切でまた、部屋からの眺めはもちろん、ロビーからの眺めも抜群で1年後も是非、こちらに来たいと思うホテルです。ホテルなのに美術館的雰囲気を感じます。

謎の振動
10月下旬に1泊しました（River View Double Room） 他でそれなりに支払うことを考えれば、部屋も広く、できたばかりで新しいのでお薦めです。 部屋からの眺めが夜朝昼とも良かった ミニマル過ぎず、サイドテーブル、ハンガー、荷物を置く場所など困らなかった 淀屋橋駅からは遠く感じた 目の前にバス停があり、自分が行きたかった場所に一本で行けた！ チェックイン時に朝食付きとした。11:30まで選べるのは嬉しかった。2軒隣のビルのカフェ。 味は美味しかったが、女子受けするセット。 日曜で店員さんはフル回転でしたが、出てくるのに時間がかかった（アイスコーヒーに20分かかった）。時間に余裕のある人は問題ないが、ビジネスでいらした方は、他で朝食するのが良いかも。 4階だったが、なぞの振動音が定期的にした。夜中には止まったので、地下鉄だろうか？ スタッフにチェックアウト時に確認しようかと思ったが忘れた。音に過敏な方は熟考したほうが良いと思う、

The Boly ist ein super kleines, nettes Hotel am Fluss gelegen. Jedes Stockwerk hat ca. vier Zimmer. Ich würde auf jedenfall raten die Kategorie mit Flussaussicht zu buchen oder höher. Das kleinste Zimmer schaut zur Straße raus und ist nicht wirklich toll. Die Badezimmer sind groß und wirklich bequem, man hat genug Platz im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels in Japan. Eine wichtige Information: die U-Bahn fährt direkt unter dem Hotel durch. Es ist nicht schlimm, aber man kriegt es auf alle Fälle mit. Sonst ist die U-Bahn in fünf Minuten zu erreichen und diese fährt durch zu Osaka Station und Shin-Osaka. Wir würden wieder hier wohnen, aber dann in einer höheren Kategorie.

テラスでの朝食、最高です
連休最終日に利用しました。 周辺はビジネス街なので、飲食店は少ないですが、北浜テラスでの朝食が目当てだったので、最高のロケーションでした。 ホテルのデザインも凝っていて、とても面白かったです。

すぐ近くの大阪市中央公会堂で研修があり、Instagramでここのホテルを見つけすぐに予約しました。アプリからの予約だったので、直接ホテルに予約ができているか確認したりその他にも問い合わせしたりしましたが丁寧に答えてくださり、行く前から安心できました。 お部屋は狭いですが、オシャレにレイアウトされているのですごくゆったり過ごせました。あとは部屋を入るとすぐに靴を脱げるようになっているのでいいです。ただ、トイレや洗面台、シャワーに行く時にはそこの部分を通って行かなくてはいけないので気になる方は靴を脱ぐ時に気をつけたらいいかなぁと思います。 屋上があったり、ミニバーがあったりホテル内でもすごく楽しめると思います。また、ホテルの近くにはオシャレなカフェがあり朝も楽しめるので嬉しかったです。テラスで食べるには暑すぎたから、涼しくなったらぜひテラスで食べたいです！ 朝方、上の階から、ヒールの靴を履いて歩く音が聞こえるのでそこはちょっと気になりました。 でもでも、本当に本当にステキでスタッフの方も親切だったのでここに滞在できて幸せでした。また絶対に泊まりたい！次はリバービューのほうに泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！

早く着いてしまったのですが、気持ちよくチェックインに対応していただいて助かりました！部屋は綺麗で清潔でとても良かったです。ただ、何の音かわからないけど騒音が部屋で響いているのが気になりました。疲れて居たので、ぐっすりは眠れましたが、ちょくちょく気になる感じです。

デザイナーズリノベーションホテル
デザイナーによる監修が入ったリノベーションホテルです。フロントやロビーに置いてある家具や小物なども面白いです。総合的には駅近で金額以上の価値はあると思いました。 共用部は、フロントはビールなどドリンク（有料）とおつまみ（無料）が置いてあり、ゆっくりとくつろげる空間になっています。屋上にはテラス席があり、ドリンクを持って行ってくつろぐこともできます。階段やエレベータなど改修しきれないところもあり、ふるさと新しさが融合しています。 部屋は、すっきりしていてきれいです。テラス席があり、こちらでもゆっくりとくつろげます。風呂はバスタブがなくシャワーのみです。 すぐ近くにコンビニがないので、コンビニに行きたい方はホテルにチェックインする前の道中でよられることをお勧めいたします。

入り口に入った瞬間、なんか変な雰囲気だったので、 ここを予約したことも後悔しましたが、 部屋は綺麗でした。 コンセプト？ホテルの香りはあまり好きではなかったです。 テラスから川を眺めながらぼーっとできて最高でした。 ただリバービューの部屋でなければ、 ほかの安くて綺麗なホテルに泊まるなーと思いました。

コーヒー以外にも紅茶があればよかったです。 バスタブはなかったですが、Bluetoothが使えたので、 音楽を聴きながらシャワーを浴びることができて楽しかったです。 部屋も広くて申し分ないですし、ホテル自体もいい香りですが、ハンドソープやシャンプーなどのアメニティもいい香りで、うっとりしました。

良かったです！
お洒落なマンションの一室のような雰囲気のお部屋でした。子供は落ち着かないようでしたが、大人はこんなお部屋に住みたいと思いました。 スタッフの方も大変丁寧で、確実な対応していただきました。朝食がとっても美味しかったです！ありがとうございました。
