"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"予約時に、他のホテルと迷っていたのですが、朝食付きの表示があったので、こちらのホテルに決めました。 が、朝、食堂に行くと、電気が点いておらず、物価高もあり、朝食はやっていないとのことで… 飲み物だけなら出せますとのことで、コーヒーをいただいていると、サラダとフルーツならありますと、提供していただきました。 結果、物足りず、チェックアウト後、モーニングを食べに行きました。 事前に分かっていれば、他を選択していました。 それ以外は、問題なく気持ち良く過ごせたので、残念でした。"

"Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."
