「Overall we had a nice experience and the ultimate location was pretty good - easy access to all sights/sounds on Ortigia island and also an easy walk back to the mainland. However this was my first experience where I did not get my property access details in the promised 24hrs before the allowed check-in time through the Expedia website - I waited a few more hours and then decided to reach out to the provided mobile number via text. After no reply for 3 more hours I then called and nobody...
