Exceptional staff, perfectly balancing formality of a high-end hotel service and relaxed vacation atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate and retrieve our lost luggage on the way from the airport. They showed they truly cared."

"This was a beautiful hotel that was centrally located. Staff were friendly and amazing assisting with accessing the property given that this hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. Two staff members stood out Andres and Roberto. These two individuals were very helpful and responded promptly to any response that we made. Excellent customer service!! "

"Such a gorgeous, elegant and luxurious hotel – new and modern but also tasteful and classic, and even better than we had expected. The location is incredible, directly across the road from the steps down to Spiaggia di Cala Rossa, and the option for paid valet parking made it so easy to arrive/check in/check out. Ortigia is small so everything is very walkable after arrival, and we felt like we had the best possible location in town – right on the water but so close to everything. Our room was so comfortable and cool, with views across to the sea – it’s clever to have the window raised above eye level so there’s privacy but also beautiful natural light and the view. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a stunning aperitivo in the evening, and breakfast in the morning. Overall, Maniace Boutique Hotel is up there with some of the loveliest modern five-star hotels we’ve stayed at around the world."

"Our stay was perfect. We came for our honeymoon and the service, location, and customer service was impeccable. The staff anticipate your every need, super helpful and friendly, professional, and outstanding. The food at breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself feels so boutique yet polished. "We did have a small challenge finding the hotel front door (hahaha). Once we got inside, the hotel is beautiful. It does have an elevator, which is great with luggage. We used the valet offsite parking, which was GREAT. The breakfast was delicious. We did a walking tour of Ortega from the hotel. Great food options around as well. Highly recommend the hotel."

"Steps away from the Sea. Beautiful view out my Window of the water and rocks. Walk to castle! Friendly staff, lovely room. Wake up early to see incredible sunrise! Just be sure to put clothes on before you take photos of view lol. Early morning walkers! They let me leave luggage in dining area for the day after I checked out. All good! No elevator so good exercise!"
