"I don’t want to ruin my chances of returning by giving such a glowing report that the Sisula gets booked up.
What a lovely country hotel! Grounds and amenities were stunning. The staff brilliant. The room and decor gorgeous. Breakfast and coffee delicious. The location to Orosei and the beaches excellent.
We had six brilliant nights and didn’t want to leave"
"The staff were very friendly and welcomed us verbally in and out of the hotel creating a calm atmosphere. The cleanliness was exceptional as windowsills and window casements were cleaned regularly. Floors were polished even though there is an inherent dust outside due to the dry environment all around. The air con filters needed a service to clean the filters ro allow air to flow correctly so that cooling was efficient. As I was in the trade guess what was my first priority as the temperature was rising to the mid 30 deg C. Breakfast was excellent with assorted help yourself cereals , assortment of cakes, croissants, fruit, bread and spreads. Three flavoured fruit drinks with a slice of fruit offered, water, milk of 5 different types, over 10 different hot drinks. All in all a hearty breakfast. The room we occupied was large with a large en suite and huge balcony all on the top floor accessed by a lift. Parking was over the road in an old Olive grove with the trees still standing. Not too far from town or beaches with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants, beautiful bays with boat trips so we visited the local caves and beaches by RHIB on a day trip. I was overall very impressed with my stay. Thank you."
"Great hotel. Need to upgrade the bedroom TV to Smart Tv. Also there’s no much communication about what attractions are available daily as there’s dancing class etc. we felt like we were not invited in that place. Also the hotel charged me an extra charge of £180 and didn’t explain why. There’s a coffee machine in the room but there’s no coffee or sugar or milk. There’s a very good room service to clean and change towels every day if you want too. Another negative point in that you must by a top up card supplied by the hotel to use in their bar or restaurant which I think it put people off like me as we like freedom to by what we want and not what we’re told. Also the swimming pool has no information about the depth and can be fatal. The garden throughout is amazingly maintained and the whole place is amazing but just not for us. It’s perfect for someone looking for resort indoors activities only. Breakfast could also improve. All services staff were amazing respectful and very friendly. Italians are amazing people. "
"Impeccable service by the staff. Leader of operations Enrico was phenomenal, professional, always helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was going to be memorable! The Ladies and other staff members were supernice as well. We will be back every year !
Bravo Enrico !!!"
