「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「This hotel provides excellent services as well as polite and kind staff members, making this trip more memorable and ideal. The room was large with abundant spaces for activities and dining. Also, the location of the hotel was really convenient for travelers who would like to visit multiple places that they think are interesting. Moreover, this hotel provided such a great view, allowing visitors to take a vast peak of Brisbane city. Lastly, it provides visitors with a comfortable resting place....

「Room is tired and equipment is old and worn.」

「Room was sufficient for my stay. Did not see staff but thats not a problem. Definitely going to be comi g back again. Thank you guys.」

「nice location and staff friendly」

「The most friendly staff and great customer support is highly appreciated. However, the kitchen amenities are little old and lack of maintenance. Overall, I’ll definitely recommend!」

「The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

「Great location! It takes just a few bus stops to get to the city center.」

「Excellent location — within walking distance to Queen Street and the Botanic Gardens. Even crossing the bridge to the Queensland Museum and GOMA is easily doable on foot. The room we stayed in was equipped with a washing machine and a small kitchenette. With a supermarket right next to the hotel, it made family travel much more convenient, allowing us to enjoy healthy home-style meals without needing to eat out all the time.」
