「Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure. 」

「Room is big and clean. Note that their reception is NOT 7x24 and you need to call their helpdesk(not hotel) to get the access code. They speak English very well. And the enterence is at the back street. The door at the front street doesn't work.」

「We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong.
