Overall, a fine place to stay. I think that the host could make an effort to accommodate a few things better. Mattresses were hard, uncomfortable, and super squeaky. Linens could use improvement (bed and bath). Used to finding at least a bar of soap in vacation rentals, but only found a wafer the size of an Oreo available. Carpet and couches could use a shampoo, but not too bad. Had a long list of rules to sign off on prior to the stay in regards to practices and noise, yet I was awakened all 3 nights by either people outside cutting up, car alarms going off, and people running up and down stairs in neighboring units, so not sure who the rules were designed to protect. Good location in proximity to where I needed to be, and just a short drive to a selection of restaurants. Will make a good place for anyone to stay, but as a multiple rental property owner myself, I think the place needs some attention. Host was extremely friendly and made sure I was in unit without issue.
