The property lacks maintenence. The front desk staff were great. Housekeeping failed. Had to try 3 times to get working room keys. The breakfast was just toast, cereal and waffles. Stayed there twice..first and last.

The room was comfortable, and well maintained. The shower was finicky. The breakfast was acceptable on the weekend, but weekday lacked cereal and fruit. Alsono cream cheese for bagels. The staff are polite, and courteous.

For a short stay, it was okay. However, cleanliness was a major issue. I had to go to Walmart to buy disinfectant wipes. The toilet was covered in urine, and the shower/bathtub had hair, including pubic hair. The mirror above the sink was covered in spit and toothpaste, and there was hair and toothpaste left in the sink as well. The bathroom door handle was barely attached, and the shower and tub handle came off. The room had a humidifier, and without it running there was a damp, musty smell. My family and I woke up twice with sinus and throat irritation. The food was okay, and the staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom door was broken I couldn’t take a proper shower. Bath tub was dirty, room has mold all over the place. The building is not safe for guests to stay.

The hotel looks nice on the outside but once you go inside it’s not what you expected. The water don’t flush in my room and then the water was cut off the last day I was there. There were roaches and too at night in my room. The key didn’t work when I checked in the staff helped me to get into the room and fixed that issue. This place needs more maintenance and pest control.

The stay was full of problems and missing important details: 1. Three days/ 3 times were changed the Electronic Room Keys because not opened the room. 2. Breakfast terrible / no diversity, all days the same 3. No hygiene articles in room and dust everywhere. 4. Room trash not collected during stay althought it was notified, 5. Cigars odors like marihuana entering room ducts. It was notified. 6.Bathroom shower broken and leaking water. 7. Service and amenities really bad. Never consider go to this with your family. Rooms were like Motels.

This hotel is going through renovations, the good stuff: room was clean, beds were comfortable, no carpet, I was happy there was a dehumidifier the room, it is very close to many things to do very walkable area seems very safe area too. The not so good stuff: the shampoo needed to be refilled, it was nearly empty and there should have been a body wash but instead it was just a typical small soap bar but shampoo and conditioner were full size dispensers, the hallways look a little scary remnant from previous owners neglect I guess, ice machine broken, we didn’t have breakfast there just didn’t look too good ended up going to Dennys.

The mini freezer was like this not sure if just too old

The motel is run down and old. It needs to be updated. There was paint chipping off the walls, makeup stains on the flooring, rusting on the toilet and the outlets by the bed did not work. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There was a glob of lotion or something on the floor by the shower. Couldn’t stream with the WiFi. TV kept randomly turning on in the middle of the night? I had to unplug it. I wouldn’t recommended. However, it is cheap, the air conditioning worked well, there was an air purifier which was nice. No weird smells in the room. Small fridge and freezer. Bed was comfortable. You get what you pay for I guess but worth an extra $50 to stay somewhere nicer.

The area around has good entertainment and food options. The hotel itself was overall dirty, key cards constantly did not work well, bedsheets and towels were stained and the pool was full of dirt. The shower did not drain well.

The location is great however the hotel itself not so much. There were homeless people sleeping on the stairs. Mold in the bathroom and room itself. Wet floors therefore they had a dehumidifier. Strong musky sorry smell coming out the room. No communication about the amenities whatsoever. Definitely a low level hotel and it's a shame because the location is great.

The hotel was fine. The reception was updated, nice and inviting. The bedroom was also updated with nice, comfortable blankets and a mattress. The sheets, even though they were nice, had a little smell. I am unsure how often they wash the bedding, but it needed a wash. The bathroom was outdated and very tiny, but functional.

Staff was good both days, but hotel room wasn’t that great, they did change my room for me though. TV didn’t work they tried to fix but never worked after first hour of working in room, it’s a nice tv though big screen. I noticed the housekeeping does work hard, but my room needed a remodel bathrooms aren’t the best. Decent for the good location and money.

This is an old motel that they poorly renovated. The door to our room was not air tight so we had bugs in the room ( saw one roach in the bathroom and flying bugs all over the tv at night). Because the outside air was so humid and our door was not sealed, the a/c ran constantly. The room was musty and the sheets were damp. I will say that the beds are comfortable so they got that right! The staff was super nice, too. If they put new doors on and get rid of the bugs, this place will be a wonderful budget motel.

promised breakfast service N/A Friday -- and n one at the desk either. Already took insulin, so no food caused a very significant medical situation. No phone to call the front desk. No trash bins anywhere close to the rooms. Asked for hangars three times and promised some would be coming from housekeeping, but nothing. No Kleenex in the room. Extended my stay at check-in, but the room key stopped working as of the original reservation date. When they were there, the staff at the desk was very helpful.
