The property is going through a renovation, so some construction going on, the room was good with some minor things that needed to be repaired or touched up ( due to a renovation), staff was very helpful, free breakfast was great, plenty of parking, and a later check out was perfect not rushing ro leave. Great location to the Disney parks

The location of the hotel with respect to the tourist area is excellent, everything is close. The attentiom of the staff is very warm and there is always a solution to whatever may arise. The cleanliness was optimal because every day I was there there was room organization, change of towels and supply of liquids. It was a 10/10 stay. Thank you team.

The hotel was under renovation, but it didn't hinder our stay. You could tell the areas that were already worked on and those that needed updating. The room was nice and spacious and clean. We did have an HVAC closet in our room, which I found strange. The Continental Breakfast was decent - you could make your own waffles. We stayed 2 nights and it was just fine for our family of 4.

Great Location and Spacious Rooms, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are spacious, which we really appreciated. However, our experience with housekeeping was disappointing. When we arrived, there was still trash left in the room from the previous guests, which made us question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. Additionally, we ran out of soap halfway through our stay, and it was never replenished. When we requested more, we were told to go to the front desk to pick it up ourselves. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and room size, but cleanliness, housekeeping, and guest service definitely need improvement. The renovations also need to be completed, as the property still feels unfinished.

The room was clean, the AC was very loud every time it turned on (every 20 mins) and it woke us up all night. The AC door that is located off the bedroom needs to be soundproofed. Otherwise it was a good stay.
