Good place to stay

Great , Great place to stay, only thing didn’t like was A/C. A/C was set to certain temperature and the weather was hot. I had family on this trip with health conditions and needed cooler temperature. But overall the Property was Great.

I liked that the house had four full bathrooms. I disliked that we had to check out extremely early. Check out for house rentals should be 3 hours before the departure flight.

La mayor DECEPCIÓN UN ENGAÑÓ tengan cuidado

Desde inicio y nada mas después de haber confirmado la reserva me abordaron con el cobro de una cuota extra que para el uso de las instalaciones, WFI, limpieza y mantenimiento etc,,,me hicieron firmar un documento que no vi mal porq anteriormente ya había estado en otras casas y lo hice pero solo era como depósito y luego me lo regresaban, solo que en este caso no fue así. Ha sido el mayor abuso pues al llegar a la propiedad está se encontraba descuidada los años han pasado y no le han dado mantenimientos pero lo peor fue la mugre suciedad, los platos sucios, utensilio llenos de hongos, los trastes en el lavavajillas , algunas habitación sin focos, las camas duras, y por detrás de los muebles calzones de niños y basura, sin cortinas, con algunas persianas rotas entraba toda la luz, el patio sucio, plantas secas en el jardín, de verdad una decepción rotunda, la casa muy descuidada, jamás volveremos a utilizar esta opción. Por último todavía no se cumplía la hora para el check out y ya teníamos afuera a dos viejitos tocando casi corriéndonos porque iban a limpiar pues llegaba otra familia, CASA SIN MANTENIMIENTO, DESCUIDADA Y LO PEOR SUCIA LLENA DE HONGOS EN TRASTES Y BAÑOS

Disney house

House was spacious. Customer service was great. Need to have house sprayed for ants couldn’t leave any food out cause they would be in it. No issues other than that would stay again gated community.
