Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Rip off, Expedia took my money and sent a confirmation email but I never received the check in info i was promised to access the gated neighborhood, Since Expedia does not have a number to call I was forced to waste my time with the virtual agent who told me to contact the host, the host did not respond to call, text or voicemail causing me to have to find another property at the last minute.
